Absolutely! Thanks to our Safe X™ skin-protecting design, you can safely use Carbon X, no matter the length of your beard.
How do I use the Carbon X as part of my beard grooming routine?
Wash your beard with Radiance Beard Wash & Conditioner. Towel dry your beard & then spray with Viking Shield Heat Protectant Spray. Let dry & you’re ready to experience the beard straightening power of Carbon X. After straightening, follow with Day Liquid Tonic and Warrior’s Beard Butter or Beard Balm.
What is the run-time of the Carbon X?
The run-time of the Carbon X when using it in comb only mode is approximately: 40 minutes @ 160℃, 33 minutes @ 180℃ or 32 minutes @ 200℃. When both the comb & volumizer are heated, the run-time is approximately: 30 minutes @ 160℃, 29 minutes @ 180℃ or 27 minutes @ 200℃.
How does the money-back guarantee work?

The one year standard warranty covers any manufacturing defects or any defects that arise from regular usage. The two year extended warranty covers any manufacturing defects or any defects that arise from regular usage of the device (excludes Mag X™ charing cable). Neither warranty covers accidental damage or any defects that arise from using the device in any manner contrary to our usage instructions.
